Hi. My name is Jessica and I am 35 years old. Just had my second son in December...weight not coming off as fast as first baby...I was ten years younger......came here today after clothes shopping since I am headed back to work Monday......so depressed.....I am overweight and flabby....it doesnt't help I am only five feet tall. My weight is 154. Need to change my life so I can feel and look better. My downfalls: Sweets & sedentary lifestyle (been taking walks tho and have lost 4 lbs over last few weeks). I know cardio is best...I am lazy. Perhaps I can meet friends here to share and help eachother keep going. And perhaps I can find some inspiration here.

    Welcome Jessica. You are on the right track getting out and walking. With this program you can start tracking your caloric intake and the weight will just start falling off. Keep up the good work!

    Hi Jessica! I just joined a few weeks ago! I had my 5th child 2 years ago at age 37 and within 8 months was down to my pre-baby weight (which was still too heavy), Then I just started gradually gaining again. It was horrible. To top it off, I started stress-eating. I would get stressed and eat the crappiest thing I could find. Finally about a month ago, the scale topped where I was when I was 9 months pregnant! UGH!!! I decided something had to happen. I lost a few pounds but knew I needed accountability. MFP has really helped me with realizing how much I was eating and how little I was moving. I have lost 4 pounds in two weeks.
    My current weight is 154 and I am 5' 2". Similar height and weight as you. Feel free to add me! Would be happy to encourage you on this journey!
