Stationary Bike and WII Colories vs Everyone Else

When I ride the stationary bike (at home) it says I burn about 70 calories in 30 minutes. I think the effort corresponds to moderate at about 12-14 mph. If I use the calorie calculators they want to give me about 360 calories. Huh? I work out using the WII fit and it sort of suggests that 30 minutes of exercise is closer to 70 than 360.

For you folks with stationary bikes or you go to the gym and ride - what calories does the bike say you are burning?

At my tri club we spin (pretty intensely) for an hour or so each week and my HRM will estimate 800 to 900 cal, when I commute to work (about a 45 min ride @ about 16mph) it estimates about 700. Naturally everyone's results will vary based on weight, heart rate etc but 360cal for 30 min going 12-14 mph doesn't sound outrageous (70 cal sounds way too low unless you're really overestimating your effort)
