How many calories do you burn a day?

I eat 1400-1800 calories a day
Burn about 200 calories a day
Was 238
Now 220
was losing several pounds a week now about 1-2lbs per week.

    I also eat 1400 to 1800 calories per day (started at 1200, was tired all the time, upped it about 2 weeks ago)
    I burn 700 to 1000 on workout days (Mon/Wed/Fri)
    and about 200 on rest days

    Now 185
    just started losing again after the initial weight gain of upping my calories

    I would say thats normal, first couple of weeks its water weight- so you lose weight quicker. Im trying to think of it as a health decision, because I am so unhealthy..

    I eat 1400-1900 calories a day
    when I go to gym- (at least 3 times a week) I burn 300-700 calories ( I actually do better when I go by myself as opposed to going with friends. ) I do not consume my work out calories...
    Was 331 now 296.

    How much do you eat a day? 1270 calories, before exercise.
    How many calories do you burn a day? Anything from 30ish to 500ish.
    How much did you weigh when you started? 174lbs
    What do you weigh now? 155lbs
    How much do you on average lose per week? Currently, averaging about 1lb a week, but overall (including a small disaster last year) I'm looking at about 1.3lbs a month, average.

    I aim for 1700 net at the moment. Started at 223, now 210.
    I usually burn at least 500, 6x/week, although it's been off the last couple of weeks because I was ill.

    I am 36 yers old 5'7. On average I eat about 1500 a day, and burn 200 working out. I am losing about 1.5 pounds per week. (I fully expect this to slow down soon). I started at 148 and am at 138 with a goal weight of a toned 130 (ish).

    1200-1400 - I've been mixing it up. 1200 one day, 1300 the next and so on.

    Depends on the day. Over the winter it was between 200-300 but now that Spring is here will probably be more like 600-800 with the biking. :)

    When I started MFP I weighed 175lbs.

    What do you weigh now?
    I weigh 146 lbs.

    How much do you on average lose per week?
    Lately, none. I've hit a plateau, but I am trying to break it now. I was losing about 1-2 lbs per week.

    168 (i was doing this before MFP hence why my ticker shows only 5lbs loss

    about 1-2 lb a week

    edited---- to say ---- i have recently (in the last few days) started to eat back some exercise cals, this is due to the fact that Im doing heavy work digging out foundations for an extension) i normally dont eat exercise cals :)

    How many calories do I burn? Can't be exact but probably over 500. But sometimes a lot more.
    How much did I weigh when I started? 154 lbs
    How much do I weigh now? 140 lbs

    How much do you eat a day? 1300-1400 calories.


    How many calories do you burn a day? Not counting normal activities, I work out about 6 days a week and burn about 300 each time. I am not doing hard core exercising yet.


    How much did you weigh when you started? 185 I am 5'8

    What do you weigh now? 169

    How much do you on average lose per week? About 2 pounds a week.
