At what weight do YOU notice a difference?

I see a lot of topics about people losing motivation because people are not noticing that they have lost weight. While I can understand this is disheartening, I think this misses the point that we are all losing weight for ourselves. I think one way we can keep our motivation high is to be a little bit more self-reflective. So my question is: how much weight do you have to lose before you begin to notice the difference?
I start to notice changes in as little as three pounds. This is a great early motivator for me to keep going. It also works the other way around. When I gain about three pounds I realize I need to start ramping up my efforts again.
