okay.. so I'm a huge seltzer addict and I know everyone says water water water, but seltzer is basically the same thing? am I wrong?
Also.. I see everyone on here drinking like 72 oz of water a day! HOW do you people do that?? Cause I do not think I'm drinking enough :drinker:

Seltzer is just water with some Carbon Dioxide added, though some commercial brands do have a bit of Sodium. I drink a lot of seltzer and I count it just like water.0

drinking seltzer water has helped me boost my water intake (and helped me kick the soda habit)
Club Soda and Tonic water generally have sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) added in...I avoid that stuff. I like straight carbonated water...like soda stream without the syrup added. I'm actually looking to buy a seltzer bottle so I can carbonate my own water.0 -
I drink quite a bit of sparkling water of various kinds - especially if we are out at the pub, I usually alternate one alcoholic drink with one or two soda waters - it makes me feel like I'm having a fun drink but without the cals or alcohol.
I don't bother to log them, although if you are concerned about sodium it would be worth checking the label on the one you are drinking.
I asked for a Soda Stream for Christmas and that has been a great way to drink sparkling water at home.0 -
I never liked to drink water, now its practically the only thing I do drink. I got a cup that kinda looks like a clear take out cup and I keep it at my desk and sip all day. I started trying to drink 2 at work and now its like 3 or 4 at work and usually at least one more when I get home. I'll also add Mio or Totally Light 2 go (its like crystal light but with spelanda) at lunch to change things up. Just find what works for you and go for it! :drinker:0

Sheer force! Sometimes it's hard, but I down two 22oz bottles when I feel hungry from eating my lunch to fast and that kind of helps.
Seltzer is what actually got me off of drinking soda, so I am all for it. I look to see which has none or the least amt of sodium.0
