    Not sure of body fat %


    I never eat my calories burned from exercise, didn't know I should.

    Just with basic numbers....

    BMR 1432
    TDEE 2220

    Thats if you workout 3-5 times a week.

    Perfect weight is appx 128lbs depending on lean mass...

    Start with 1776 daily
    Fat and Protein 30% each.

    Measure up and prepare for some water weight for a few days.
    Stick it out and youll let your belt be the judge.

    Its pretty accurate to about 2% in most cases.

    Zigzagging sounds worth trying for me. 9 lbs. more to lose. Working out intensively 3 days a week with weights, 5-6 days of fairly intense cardio for 50 minutes. I've had some good muscle gains and while I've plateaued my waist keeps getting smaller.
