I made an omelet this morning with 3 eggs but I removed the yolk in one of the eggs. It was delicious, way better than an egg white omelet and it was a nice big omlete but not as many calories.

we usually only leave in 1 yolk and I don't miss the extra. Might be worth a try - then you can have even more

do you like egg beaters? there is 30-35 calories in 1/4 cup rather then 75 in a real egg.

I knew I'd seen this a long time ago. It might be more cost effective.

    EGG BEATERS
    Printed from COOKS.COM

    6 egg whites
    1/4 c. dried milk
    1 tbsp. oil
    Sm. amount yellow coloring

Beat together. 1/2 cup equals 2 eggs

I haven't made eggs with yolk in years!
I actually perfer the taste without the yolk, usually because I put veggies in the omelet. Another fun thing to go is cut the omelet in strips and eat the strips on melba toast with a little ketcup. So good!!
