help with food cravings!!!

I have been having major food cravings that i cant seem to break! its frustrating i try to work out or do something to get my mind off of them but i just cant sometimes! how do you guys deal with this? i need some major help i think this is what is really holding me back on my weight loss.

and please dont tell me to just push through them or ignore them. thats not helpful if i could do that i would trust me!!

  • I tend to have the same problem...I try to have super cinnamon gum on hand at all times, or a hot glass of tea. I have even gone for a spoon full of almond butter with unsweetened coconut. hope that helps...

    Is it a specific food craving? like chocolate, ect? I keep some Jello Dark Chocolate Fat Free puddings in the fridge.
    60 calories a cup and help to knock down the cravings a bit.
