Almost Halfway to Goal-31 lbs lost :-)

I've struggled with my weight ever since I graduated college, was married, worked full time, and became a mommy. I'm 5'8" and have been all over the scale! The smallest I can remember being was about 140 and a size 6/8 in college. After I graduated, I got up to 220ish, then got down to 192 on my wedding day. When I got pregnant, I was 200 lbs and only gained 27 with pregnancy to 227 on my delivery day. I did really good and lost weight this past summer, my son was born in May, but when I started teaching again I quickly gained all the weight back getting to 213, where my journey began. In January, I wore a size 18.

31 pounds later at 182 pounds and Size 12 (less than I was when I got pregnant!) I'm almost halfway to my goal of 145!!!! It has been hard work and dedication. I run (Couch to 5K) on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, Les Mills Body Pump on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and Les Mills Body Flow on Sundays. I stick to 1200-1300 calories. Here are my pictures! I can't wait to share my final ones at 145!
