I can't believe it was super healthy!

Today, I tried just a YVES veggie burger patty since I have never had one before, but wanted to try it. I am hooked. For dinner I had a veggie burger patty, 1/2cup brown rice, one tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil and a can of green beans and pan cooked the beans. I feel SO full, it was less than 500 calories and it tasted unreal!! I would most definitely recommend green beans in a tiny amount of good oil it was unreal.

    Sounds like a delicious, filling, low-calorie meal. Though I tried a veggie burger once and it was yuck. Maybe I need to try another brand.

    Veggie burger with brown rice huh. I'll have to try that. I enjoy veggie burgers but on the bun. Sounds like a real nice meal.
