Starting Over.. AGAIN.

BLAH! I hate when I fail and then have to start all over again.. but at least I am starting again. One thing that I have a problem with, though, is tracking. I absolutely HATE to track. I always forget and there is always so much to put into the tracker when I cook a meal. Hmm.. how have yall kept motivated to track? Also, how have yall kept motivated to exercise?
