**I posted this earlier, but didn't like my subject line, so I am reposting under this title. Sorry if you already read it!

One day about a month back while shopping, I for no reason at all had the urge to buy a brand new notebook. I looked at it for a couple of days wondering why I bought it.

A few days later I decided it was going to be for positive thoughts only. Nothing negative about myself or anyone/thing else could be written in this book. And everyday I HAVE to write at least one positive thing.

I started out only being able to write one or two things. Now I am up to almost 10 a day. After, I list all the things I know to be true, I list something I don't believe yet. i.e. "I deserve to reach my goals and I am 100% capable of doing so." And guess what, I finally believe it.

I wanted to share this for those of you who struggle with self-esteem and will power, much like myself.

I did this back a couple of years ago. Maybe it is time to start again. Thanks for posting!
