Had in instructor recommend branched amino acids during & after a work-out. Anyone have any experience using it? Anyone recommend it?

I absolutely recommend BCAA (branched chain amino acids) before, or during, and DEFINITELY IMMEDIATELY after your workout. BCAAs not only help your recovery after a strength training or body building workout, it also helps your metabolism and your development of lean muscle tissue while helping to shave off fat.
Quite a few protein powders on the market contain BCAA.0
