I work 2 days(7am-5pm) then 2 night (9pm -7am ) and then off for 4 days.. 10 hrs shifts. Trying to figure out how to fit everything together.. On the day i work night shifts i could be up for almost 19 hrs depending when i wake up. When i finish my last shift im not awake for many hours on the next day .. finish at 7am .. sleep till about 1 or 2 or more depending how tired I am.. then go bed around midnght.
When I work night and it's after midnight still put all my calories on the day that i wake up on. I eat when Im hungry but that could be anywhere from 10pm to 2 am.. Since I have a gym at work I work on my lunch hour.. for example tonight im giong at 2am.
Any help would be great!

so what, exactly, are you asking?
I work second shift. just means my meals come at different times than other folks. I log my meals on my schedule, getting up to going to bed. doesn't matter what the clock on the wall says.0
