Hey all... I am so happy to have found this app. My wieght peaked at 281. I freaked.
I was put on Diabetes medicine, High blood pressure medicine, cholesterol medicine. I could never stick to a diet plan. My doctor gave me Phentermine, and it worked great. Lost 20 lbs in about 3 months. But that was it. I would gain/lose a pound or two here and there. But any noticable progress had stopped.
I installed MFP on my phone, and I use it while at work. It is SO nice to know what you are eating, and what is in it.
I dragged my bowflex out of the basement, and stopped using the stationary bike as a closthes rack.
Down another 20 lbs. I am at 241. I want to be around 180. I am 5'11
I no longer take any prescription meds.

I am not sure what all these number mean, or what they correlate to... and I am hoping someone can explain better.
I am 240.8 pounds
fat percent = 32.2
water = 51.8
muscle = 32.9
Bone = 3.4
BMI = 33.7

PLEASE add me as a friend. I need all the motivation I can get. And seeing others succeed, help me believe that I can too

    Thats awesome! go you!
    I agree that the app is great. I prolly would not be as involved in my dieting without it.
