changing from 1 lb to 2 lbs a week

:huh: I thought about changing it to lose 2 lbs a week but it was only 1270 calories. So I went back to 1 pound a week but it used my present weight and my bmr has been cut by 50.Doesent that go against what everyone says . I have been staled for about a week. should i add less or more?

    I would do 1600 cals a day, lower the fat % to 20% and carbs to 55%. After another 25lb loss or so, reduce it to 1500. You've been doing quite well. Congrats on the loss.
