    Hi , Im from Tyne & Wear and im looking to lose around 8 stone altogether, ive lost 15lbs up to now (joined in jan this year) I really enjoy it here wish id found it years ago :-)

    I'm in Derbyshire and was only introduced to the site a couple of days ago. I wasn't sure if there were many people rom the UK, but obviously there are! I think we all need help,support and a little motivation at times - I know I do. Feel free to add me, I will help if I can.
