When you're feeling a little bit hopeless

I keep losing the same 10lbs and i'm getting tired of it! I lost 10lbs before christmas, gained about 3 over the festive period, got sick over NYE and lost about 14lbs in 5 days then gained all of that back plus the pre christmas weight. I moved house and wasn't being careful so i know where i went wrong. I have done this before and know i can do it again but i'm struggling. When i'm working out i keep saying 'Go Hard or Go Home' but when faced with food i just think 'Ah, f**k it'

What do you tell yourself?

    I know the feeling. This has to be my millionth try at losing and keeping it off.
    I'm nearly 6' tall and so it doesn't tend to show very quickly when i put weight on and so takes longer to show when i lose it.
    I'm hoping that with this website i will lose it and keep it off.
    i have 14lbs to lose before the end of may... fingers crossed. Then i hope to keep it off and concentrate on the toning side.
    Baby steps...
