Hello everyone. I've been working out regularly since August of 2011. Twice daily for an hour each session, five days a week, and usually once on the weekend. My gym is the Livonia Planet Fitness. I'm there for an hour at 4:30 am every weekday (except Mondays @ 5am) with my new good friend and cardio partner. As of my last weigh in on Monday, I've lost a total of 79 lbs. Switched on-line journal from WebMD to MFP about two weeks ago because I liked a bigger online food database and credit for cardio (but not weight training ?) calories. Write me to say 'hi'. Or drop by at the gym. Keep in mind, by 5am my communication becomes intensly labored, and I must leave by 5:40 to be a work on time.

    Livonia, as in Michigan? I live here in MI as well. I started this on Monday and the support has been great! Great Job on losing 79 lbs! Thats is great! I was doing WW for awhile and lost 40lbs, Still much to go but I know I can do it. Welcome to MFP, add me if you need/want a support buddy, I know I can use all I can get! Have a good day! :smile:
