Exercise vacation

I had my son 11 months ago and I have finally lost all 80 lbs I gained during my pregnancy. But now my weight loss has stalled at 150 lbs (my prepreggo weight) and I would like to lose another 10 lbs. Normally, I exercise 6 hours per week (cardio, running, the 30 day shred) but I've heard that if you stop exercising for a week when your weight loss has stalled and only walk it will help to jump start weight loss. Any advice on this??

it could, simply because it's messing up your routine. if you've hit a wall, time to change your exercise routine up. maybe even adjust your calories0
