I reached my first goal this morning, and wanted to share. I started at 480, and set my first goal kind of high at breaking the 400 mark. Well, this morning at weigh in I was 398. Next goal...breaking 350. I even cut my workout kind of short last night. I was feeling overly tired. I got a great rest last night and after seeing the scale today I'm more recharged than ever :)

CONGRATULATIONS! That is amazing - and I KNOW you are SO proud. It has to be an incredible feeling - keep up the good work!
