Hello, Should I eat the calories back that I burn during workout to reach my calorie goal or stay in the deficit? Which would make me healty and steadily losing cause thats my ultimate desire. Thank you

MFP has a built in deficit based on what you told it you wanted to lose per week. You should try to eat as much of your exercise calories as possible or you could be under feeding yourself.0
