NEED MORE CALORIES

Hello All!!!! I struggle to eat 1000 calories a day!!! This is a real problem, I don't feel hungry at all and I eat throughout the day (4-5 small meals), but I realize this is not good for my body! I've started adding protein shakes, but I"m still not getting enough calories. Any tips on small things that are not REALLY filling that I could add to my diet to up my caloric intake???? Thanks! :drinker:
