I have just ate, a mangerine, a fredo, a green lace and a milk lollie, they came to a total of around 300 calories! Is this unhealthy and lead me to gaining weight? Please help :)

    No! If you go over your TDEE then yes!

    But if this is how you start your day chances are you have another 1200-1500 cals before you should start to worry.
