Hello! I am relatively new to MFP (not quite 2 weeks) and have been trying very hard to stay withing the calorie guidelines and with my exercise commitment. I know that I need to lose a fair amount of weight so I had hoped to see some intial weight loss happen quickly, which is not happening. I don't want to lose my motivation (which is what always seems to happen to me) and give up, so any insights on what to do to help get this moving would be appreciated. I have been weighing myself every day in the mornings, and I seem to fluctuate within a 3# range.
