I feel defeated that it is this hard for me to eat properly. I workout like a machine but I know both have to be in line for my goals to get met.
Access to free french fries everyday all day at work doesn't help either, working at a restaurant is probably the hardest part.
What do I do when there is no way to control what I am surrounded by? Become a gum addict? Pinch myself when the fry thought crosses? I hate that I appear to have a true addiction to food/more so gluttony. I can't be alone...
Has anyone been here before?
Frustration.
