Has anyone bought the book Blood Sugar Solution yet? If so, what do you think so far?

    Just bought it last week, haven't had a chance to look at it yet. I do know it comes highly recommended and Dr. Hyman is considered to be the best in his field of functional medicine.

    I just got it over the weekend myself.....very interesting so far. Just got to the action steps on how alter some of my imbalance. Seems to have great and useful information so far.
