Please help me lose the last 7lb!

Hi. I have 7lb to go until I reach my "initial" weight target. I could really do with a few MFP fitness friends to help push/motivate me that extra little bit.

I have my first half marathon of the season coming up next weekend - Reading 1st April, and hope to break 1hr 40, followed up by the Sutton 10k on 29th April and the Richmond half on the 6th May. I'm not setting any targets for Richmond yet, as i'm waiting to see how Reading goes!

I feel I need a bit of an MFP boost in the next week to help me achieve the 1hr 40 target and would like to be at my taget weight for Richmond.

    It looks like you have quite an ambitious running schedule! I bet those pounds will come off with little trouble if you keep up your trainining!
