I just realized that in the last 4 months of working out that I have gained so much muscle I need to order the next band size for my HRM. When I got my HRM it came with a "medium" armband and when I tightened it up on my upper arm I had a good 3+" of overlap.

Now when I tighten it up I have maybe 3/4" of overlap with my muscles "at rest". But after lifting my muscles get so pumped it feels like I have a tourniquet on and I have to loosen it even more. So I am placing an order for the next size larger because I think I am going to outgrow this one fairly soon.

This is the one article of "clothing" I dont mind going up in sizes! :happy:
