Hey all - this is my first post. I've been used to living a healthy lifestyle very consistently, up until the latter half of last year. The wheels came off, and my 5-6 years of strictness was traded for 6 months of eating like crap. As a result, I'm 25-30 lbs heavier than I need to be, at least.
I used DailyBurn in the past, but this seems much more user friendly, and the community more active. I'm hoping to get some great motivation from this site! I also am starting to use my Fuel Band tomorrow, as well as my Withings scale to track my weight. I wish there was a way everything could link up into one app, but oh well.
I followed the slow carb diet last year and lost very effectively. I'm trying to fit into my shorts ASAP, so any motivation is all good!
