Seafood stew

48 oz. tomato juice
1 bag frozen okra
12 oz. mild whitefish (I used Pollock)
6 dashes hot sauce (more or less to taste, doesn't really affect calorie count)

Cook all together for a couple of hours. The fish falls apart once it is cooked thoroughly.
Makes approx. 5 bowls at 144 calories and 18 carbs per bowl.
Even better if you add a bag of shrimp, but it bumps the calories to 216 per bowl.
