Please will someone help me.

I have been doing MFP since January and have been getting on really well. However, I seem to have got stuck. I have been the same weight now for the last three weeks and feel like just giving up.

I was awayt for the weekend last week end and managed to maintain which was an achievement but I still feel like I am going no where fast.

I need motivating..................

    To get your numbers right please visit http://www.fat2fitradio.com/tools/ Do the Military Body Fat Calc first, then the BMR tool. The BMR tool will give exact calories to eat on a daily basis. Add 20% to this number to get your TDEE. For Fat loss plans set up macros at 30% Protein/Fat each.

    Join a group! I find that the support of others on the site really helps me when my numbers aren't moving in the right direction. I also take measurements once a month or so. I find that even if the scale doesn't always change I will sometimes see a change in my measurements.
