Suggestions on further nutritional improvement?

Guys/Gals:

This is what I try very hard to abide by and as time goes on I am progressing more and more in this way of life. In reviewing what I do does anyone see anything additionally that I could do to improve upon even moreso being that I am a 45 yr old woman trying to be the best that I can be healthwise? I tend to carry weight in my stomach and am trying everything i can with my workouts and nutrtition. All realistic comments appreciated.

Whole Foods 90% of time.
Beef, once per week.
Fish, twice per week.
Fresh cucumber/celery juice daily.
No caffeine
No gluten
No white flour
No wheat
Metagenics Renew for digestion
Personal Trainer twice a week
Exercise on own 3-4 days per week
Probiotics daily
Essential oils daily
Herbal teas daily
Min 8 glasses of water daily
Chlorella and/ or spirulina daily -added today
Chia Seeds and Flax seeds daily
Vitamins daily: D3, Calcium, C0Q10, Omega fish oil, B Complex, zinc, Vit C, magnesium.

    You missed the most important goal. How many fruit and vegetable servings you are going to consume per day. It should be in the range of 7-13. Going higher is even better.

    Hi JP Dad. I do eat many fruits and veggies raw per day. I didn't mention just because it's been a habit for years. I will eat 3 apples today, 1 banana for sure. I have a 2nd if i am still hungry. I juice fresh veggie juice daily (usually celery and cucumber but i also have beets and spinach in there today). I generally have a sweet potatoe at dinner with another veggie and some kind of protien. Thank you for reminding me :)
