I am having the Novasure procedure done next month. My doctor said i will have to take it easy for a week or so, but can resume normal activities within 48 hours (exception of sex of course ;-) I have been doing cardio for 15-30 minutes a day (I'm new and working up to an hour) But i already know that will be too strenious the first week. I don't want to give up all the work i've done and have to start over again. Can anyone suggest something to replace the high impact exercise for a week or so? I would LOVE to hear from any women who have had this procedure as well and what to expect during recovery, please feel free to friend me! Thanks so much

I am waiting on my surgery date. My doc said he does it on a Friday morning and I should be back to work Monday. I am interested in anyone's experience as well.0
