I'm Stuck!

I need help! My original weight loss goal was 18 pounds. I've been fluctuating for months and it's getting frustrating! When I first started the first 10 lbs melted off in a matter of weeks. These last 8-10 lbs won't budge! I've been reading everywhere that people are bumping up their calorie intake to lose the last few pounds. Does this work? Should I go from 1200 calories to maybe 1400? I've been at 1200 the whole time I've been using MFP. I mostly do cardio, yoga, pilates, 4-5 days a week for anywhere from 30-60 minutes a day. Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated

i have read that upping your calories can work too.
Maybe try it for a week and see if it makes a difference?
Have you looked at what you are eating? Maybe a change in routine / types of foods you eat could help too?0 -
You should try eating a bit more, 1200 calories is not that much if you are excercising on a regular basis, try going up by 100 to 150 to see whether it makes a difference. Good luck0
