Tired and Drained...HELP!

Hi All,
I have been working out and eating right for the past few months (lost 15#s). I usually do 15 minutes in the morning @3.0mph on the treadmill (7.0 elevated) and again for 30 minutes at night. On Monday I added 30ds to my routine and as of last night...I am drained and totally burnt out.
I am not taking any pills/meds etc. and I am open to vitamins that do not increase my appetite. Can you guys& girls give me some suggestions for an effective vitamin?
(My diary is open)
Thanks!
K

It's just the new routine, don't change anything in your diet just yet! 30DS is pretty tough on your body at first, you might want to alternate it with treadmill days rather than doing both. Don't forget to take a rest day from exercise once a week and to eat at least a good proportion of your exercise calories.
Unless you're medically diagnosed as lacking in a vitamin or mineral (lack of iron can make you tired, for example), so long as you have a well-balanced diet, supplements just give you expensive pee.

Your diary must be open only to your friends, because I can't see it. "Eating right" is pretty subjective, can you give more info about what nutritional guidelines you follow? If you've got your diet in order you shouldn't need any vitamins. The only supplement you might need is protein due to you increasing your workouts.
I don't know your weight or anything so you'll want to make sure your calorie target is high enough for you. MFPs calculated targets are reasonably close assuming you plug in your correct activity level & weight loss goal. As your activity level increases, you need to be more careful about fueling those workouts. Too often I see on this site people eating 1200 or less & exercising so much that the huge deficit they create actually stops their weight loss.
And Berry's right, Shred is tough on your body so if you've got muscle soreness you'll want to stay away from the scale for a bit. Try to be patient, weight loss is very much a learning process to determine what levels of intake & exercise are optimal for the best results.
Keep up the great workouts & congrats on the 15lbs!0
