I am looking for some exercise tips or some books I could read on the subject. I am new to exercise and wanna make sure I do it right! I also only have about 30 minutes a day to exercise so I wanna get the most outta my minutes. Thanks!

There's always the Women's Health Big Book of Exercises, but also a lot of stuff on Amazon and probably your library. Websites like sparkpeople.com and livestrong.com have a lot of info too, as well as videos and routines.0

Check out T-Tapp. She has a book (Theresa Tapp) with exercises in it. She has rehab training, so her exercise routine is short but effective in bringing in all the small muscles and getting your heart rate up in a short amount of time.0

" Anatomy for Strength And Fitness training for Women" by Mark Vella.
It includes several different workout plans that vary for your specific fitness starting level, goals & body type. Including strength, cardio, yoga & stretching. It's what I like to call a "just the fact's" book. As far as actual exercises, It has all the same ones, and more than the "New rules for weight lifting for women" book. And " for Strength And Fitness training for Women" explains all the exercises completely, it also has large anatomy illustrations to show you what to work & how to work it.0
