I want to start the 30 day shred.. How do I log it on MFP? How will I know how many calories I have burned?

Log it as circuit training. It's in the database.0

I created a workout based on my weight (30 Day Shred - Level 1).
The calculation, for 1h of Shred is 3.46 * 144.6.
As the shred is 20min I then divide by 3 = 166.77. I rounded to 150cals0 -
General or curves?0

Circuit Training General is best.. I use that since I dont have a HRM0

Just as a point of interest. I used the MFP circuit training setting and entered the amount of time I worked out... it calculated 233 calories burned.
I then used my HRM monitor.
Level 1 I burned 180 calories.
Level 2 I consistently burn 230 calories.
I haven't started Level 3 yet so can't say.
For me, at least, MFP's calculations appear to be very close!0
