Help with the last 7 lb Please!

Hi. After nearly 1 year on MFP I have 7lb to go until I reach my "initial" weight target. I could really do with a few more MFP friends to help push/motivate me that extra little bit.

I have my first half marathon of the season coming up next weekend - Reading 1st April, and hope to break 1hr 40, followed up by the Sutton 10k on 29th April and the Richmond half on the 6th May. I'm not setting any targets for Richmond yet, as i'm waiting to see how Reading goes!

I feel I need a bit of an MFP boost to help me achieve my time and weight goals. I hope my weight loss journey and lifestyle change experiences help to motivate others.
