Seriously, WHAT WORKS?!

Hi everyone! So this is my first post on here and basically I'm at a point with my weightloss where I have hit the plateau. Here's a little background, I'm 28, 5'2" 139lbs. I've had 3 kids, my youngest 2 were about a year apart, with my last I gained about 55lbs. yikes! So far, I've lost 42lbs since having the baby-- but I still want to lose 20 more. I don't feel like I eat a whole lot, 3 kids keeps me from that!
But, I definitely don't starve myself. One of my biggest issues is I struggle to find time to dedicate to an exercise program. Then, my other problem is I feel like I'm always hungry! I can eat and then an hour or so later feel like I missed a meal. Usually its worse when I actually have time for breakfast. So, I guess my questions are, for those of you that have been successful, what worked for you? I try to eat under 2000 calories and I would LOVE to find some sort of excercise DVD that I can do at home, but there are so many out there, it's almost overwhelming to find one. What have you had success with? Any tips? What foods keep you feeling "full"? I need some inspiration
