Last night for dinner we had Chicken Fajitas (Chicken, green and red peppers, onion, and fajita seasoning). I had 1 on a flour tortilla and another serving without the tortilla but I mixed it with cut up romaine lettuce and tomato. This was SO good and filling! I brought it for lunch today and it was a HUGE salad! I paired it with a serving of corn chips and a Diet Coke for a total of 263 calories! The great thing about it is that you don't need additional salad dressing because the fajita seasoning does it for you!
