help I've falling and I'n trying to get back up

Today is the restart to a healthier happier life for me, but I need your help and encouragement. Thus far today I'm under 500 cal for both breakfast and lunch, and I plan to go to the gym for an hour or so; any other suggestions?

  • Don't forget to get your encouragement time in. Remember your mood is an imprtant factor to leading a healthy lifestyle. Find a person, book, pet, song, anything that will keep your spirits high enough to get you off the couch or to keep you from picking up that doughnut.

    Stay possitive find that modivator in your life to keep you going down that healthy road.
