Help me figure out how much to eat please...

20 lbs to lose
TDEE (per body media fit) - 1900
BMR (guesstimate per bmf) - 1440

Should I be set to 1/2 lb or 1 lb week loss?

Exercise - just started running every other day - should I eat back all cals or a portion for error (cals burned comes from bmf)

I'm trying to focus on doing this for health, instead of quick weight loss, but I'm confused on how much I should eat. Thanks!

    You could try eating at your BMR. That would be just about 1 pound a week.
