Talk to me about this before I buy it LOL. Is it something you can do inhome without getting a boat load of equipment, like can you use hand weights ect. Oh and does it give you workouts to do

It gives you the workouts. You can do it at home but you'd have to buy some equipment like weights, squat rack, olympic bar. I think it would be easier to go to the gym but you can always check out Craig's List or something similar for some deals on equipment. I would recommend buying the book and reading it because it is a great read even if you don't decide to do the program. Lots of great recipes too! I'm only on stage 1 of the workouts but I love it!0

I want to do this too, but won't be able to go to a gym and so want to figure out the bare minimum for starting it and build on that...0 -

I think there's bench presses in other stages so I would think you'd require a bench. In stage 1 you wouldn't. You should check out the group on here.0 -
