I take several suppliments over half were reccomended to me by my MD. I'm just wondering if I'm missing anything? What others take to help with energy, health, weight loss. What have others tried? What works for you?

I take Daily
One a day Womans (generic, reccomended)
Calcium with Vit D 600/400 (reccomended)
D3 1000mg (reccomended)
Fish oil 1000mg (reccomends 2000 but can only stomach 1000mg)
Baby Aspirin 81 mg (reccomended)
Fiber 2 grm with every meal

I have recently added CLA 1000 after every meal

I'm very excited to have just started a health an beauty suppliment called KetoBerry which contains per serving
(Raspverry Ketones 300mg, Green Tea extract 200 mg, Caffine 100mg and a 600 mg blend cider vinegar pwder, grapefruit, kelp, acai, african mango, and Resveratol extract) Taking only one serving a day and have taken most of the ingredients as suppliments before and know many are used to assist appetite control and weight loss.

I think you should ask Dr. Md for a second opinion on all these supplements. It's odd to have that many deficiencies. It's also odd that they were recommended instead of a balanced diet.

In addition to what you have listed I also take a vitamin B50complex. Helps with metabolizing carbs, proteins, and fats, helps with dry skin, depression, and gives you energy.

I try to eat a balenced diet. The suppiments that my Dr reccomended, she gave me a list that she gave to me right after I turned 30 and also the aspirin because of family history of heart disease. It's just what she reccomends to all women in my age group, she also wanted me to have my HDL/LDL checked but I didn't have time. I don't know a single MD that doesn't reccomend a daily multivit or calcium/vit D in women. She also had folic acid on the list but I stopped taking it a while ago, since we don't plan on having anymore babies anytime soon.
