When I was a kid, I decided I didn't like seafood. Even fish sticks.
As an adult I enjoy a lot of foods that I didn't like before, but am still a bit of a finicky eater.
I like to cook and would like to broaden my horizons into trying some seafood...but I feel like the whole thing is a little overwhelming!
Any advice on the kind of fish I should try first? (I'm thinking mild and not brain surgery to cook it right.)
Any favorite recipes to share?
Thanks for all the help!

I love tilapia. Put a little Mrs. Dash garlic and herb seasoning and just cook it on the stove in a pan sprayed with cooking spray. Serve over brown rice with grilled veggies. One of my favs! I get Kroger frozen tilapia. It come in individually wrapped servings.0
