    Share your secrets! Another 21 year old at 5"4' here and i'm pleateauing at like 142 pounds. What can I doooo!

    This pleateau has been one for at least half a year now. For a short while I stopped tracking and thus ate more, but that didn't help either.. I'm so lost.

    First of ALL...WOWWWWWWW!! You look simply amazing and I see you got a very cute Tattoo(HOT) one of my MFPBF did that too...
    My question always flock to the Core information....I know eating plays alot on any results but did you focus exercising more on your core area....I am still working to get the lower fat off my stomach and the love handle...OMG...will not leave.....
