So I just got to work (I am a nanny) and I went to the fridge to see what I could make for lunch. I oopen the doors and sitting right in front of me is a container of leftover stuffed crust cheese pizza (YUM!). I immediately went to myfitness pal and looked up how many calories a slice of the pizza would be and I was able to talk myself into making a salad instead. For most people this wouldn't be a big deal but fighting that urge (and winning) was a huge success for me!

    Good for you!

I can totally relate. Lately when I "think" I want something that isn't so healthy I think of how hard I have been working to get back in shape.

    Well done!

I do the same thing! I also try to think about how guilty I will feel AFTER I finish eating the unhealthy food. That helps a lot too!
