Not sit ups!

What are some good exercises that a person can do to strengthen tummy. NOT sit ups! Anything from a standing position?? All ideas will help. Thanks.

hold a plank position for 60 seconds... or superman!0

Zumba is a great Cardio that uses abs, try holding various plank positions, or kick boxing like turbo jam.... some of my favorites.0

Hang on a pull up bar and swing your knees up to your elbows0

Standing Band Crunches.
