Craving something sweet??

I just had to share my most current cure for a sweet tooth craving ... Cinnamon Tortilla Chips and Fruit Salsa!! SOOO delicious!!
FRUIT SALSA
2 kiwis, peeled & diced
2 apples, peeled & diced
8 oz. raspberries
16 oz. strawberries, diced
2 T. sugar (or substitute Stevia)
1 T. brown sugar
3 T. fruit jam
Mix together and refrigerate until ready to serve. A 2 oz. serving (if you use Stevia) is only around 35 calories!!
CINNAMON TORTILLA CHIPS
10 - 10 inch tortillas
Butter flavored cooking spray
1 c. sugar
2 T. cinnamon
Cut tortillas into "chips". Spray with cooking spray. Sprinkle sugar/cinnamon mixture on top. Spray again with cooking spray. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 8-10 mins.
